Promoting a youtube channel using facebook ads, need advice

Hey!
I am newbie to facebook advertising and advertising in general. Today, I have created one of my first few campaigns on facebook.
I am trying trying to grow subscribers on a YouTube channel, so I made a short video teaser for that purpose and use it in my campaign.
For the moment, I am getting 0.07 as CPC; besides, lots of people are reached, but not that much of them have clicked on the call to action (CTR of 1.1%)
So, I have few questions:

According to the results I am getting, shall I stop the campaign and edit it?
If I do edit the same campaign, or will add Ad sets to it, will the CPC raise after republishing it again?

Upload your Videos on Facebook and grow your Page or Group and bring up teasers for youtube exclusive content, if it's relevant to your audience they will follow you on youtube as well.

I see Facebook Groups are growing faster as Pages these days, but it still depends. If you want to build a trusful brand I would suggest creating a Page and link the Group to the page.
