Video and ppt submission

I have 3 questions.

1. What are the best video submission sites for do follow links?

2.can we add the same video in all above sites?

3. I am using slideshare, 4shared and 2 other ppt submission sites. But none of them helped me to add a link to the description. But i have added hyperlinks on the ppt. Is it enough to get do follows?
