Hey im GT from london looking to incease my knowledge and also want to buy a niche site with all thw trimmings thanks

Welcome. Many sellers are selling niche sites here.

Thank you onlinemarketer im so glad we are taking steps to being self sufficient!
Im from london england what sort of price should I expect to pay? And what would ypu suggest?

If you buy a niche site from the market place here it might look nice but it won't make you any money unless you invest a lot of time or money into it. Just trying to keep your expectations realistic :)

Also hello and welcome to the forum!

Yes im staying safe im basically locked up we are the new slaves for real!

Jamie3000 thanks Time+effort=£! I havent got start up capital but I got time! What route would you suggest?

What are your strengths, experience and interests?

E.g do you like writing? Do you have hobbies? Design skills? Coding skills? What do you what to learn?

Build a business that plays to your strengths. Check the competition first, see what they're doing well and poorly.

Hey Jamie thanks for your advice I enjoy writing I have.a basic.understanding of graphic design but I want a pro to do that part!

I intend to build a brand around martial arts!
And products around self improvement, mindfulness health thats my passion.

Welcome to the forum @Getsuga10show spunds like a great idea that you have.

Are you involved in martial arts?

You should do some reading up first before diving in to anything, there’s lots involved that you’ll need in order to make a success of your website and also, if you are going for something very specific then it might be better building your own site from scratch rather than buying a ready made one.

Sounds good, I'd focus on one small niche at first and become an authority in it (helps with SEO) then once you're dominating all keywords start to expand.

Nice one mate, sounds ideal. I don't think you are missing anything from your basic blueprint, however, there are lots of elements that all need to be present in order to make a successful website.

The basic elements are -
  • Keyword research - this is super important as you need to find keywords that are low competition that you can rank for, but also that will bring in traffic and converting visitors
  • Site design and structure - site structure needs to be very good so that content is interlinked, can easily be searched and indexed by Google and so that topical structure is clear and well thought out.
  • Content - quality of content needs to be very high - you need informative and actionable content and lots of it, all focused around your researched topics.
  • Back-links - you need decent quality backlinks regularly built towards your site.
Even if you are going to outsource a lot of this its definitely worth searching on blackhatworld for content and guides relating to each of the above elements and basically building an understanding of what is required - that way even when you outsource, you will know what you are looking for in your chosen providers.

Next steps for you are definitely doing some reading, open up a thread in the relevant sections of the forum if you need more help and once you get started make sure you open a thread in the journeys sub-forum to track your progress.

Now I am going to close this thread as this part of the forum is really for introductions.

Thread closed.
