I got 1 backlink from a site with 1200 RD, and the RD are high authority sites.
Please note that the 1200 RD are counted in the whole site.
This service works as a Guest post, the difference is aged article getting edited to put your backlink in.
I can say that this kind of site is strong, I mean it is strong enough to withstand the spammy links and any negative SEO attack.
