All of them accept PayPal I thought. Go to the Marketplace here. I don't think I've dealt with a panel that doesn't accept PayPal here. I use one of em frequently and had to request to use a CC. I wanted the points

You know, now that you mention it, this is probably true. I remember a year or so ago panels were getting wiped out by Paypal and having their funds locked up. I've been paying with CC so I forgot about that.

I think the problem occurred because people aren't the brightest nowadays, buy followers for $1 and expect real followers, then when they receive the very obvious fake followers they dispute it. No one wants to deal with that and thats probably what was getting all these panels flagged by PayPal. So the smart thing would be just to avoid it.

At most panels, you need reputation with Paypal deposits. Why it's so essential to be Paypal payments? Can't you get other payment methods?

Up to now I've been paying with PayPal and it's the only option for me to pay online.

I just signed up to 5 panels that says they accept PayPal but obviously they not.
The posts are super old and not out of date. The prices that are mentioned there are soooo not true. Everything has change and posts from 2017 stay the same.
BlackHatWorld needs to make those people update their posts from time to time.

I using fivebbc.com, 3$ per 1000, it's ok price.
You should open ticket for paypal payment option and write your BHW username, they will approve and after you could use paypal automatically.
