Where to get content for tier2 links

I have writers for my money site and tier 1 guest blogging which are expensive.

For tier 2 links, what is the next best and cheapest way to get the content? Are expired articles good to go for tier2?

If you can afford try to add some originall written writeups as well to balance the equation.

It's better to get spun + rewritten content. You can get WordAI and hire a VA to rewrite spun content so that it's readable and makes sense. Moreover, you should produce more content for T2 for more links, so it's better to choose the cheaper & faster alternatives.
