Anyone have any tips that will prevent people from getting their IG accounts permanently removed from IG?

I have a game niche IG page and I want to know what precautions I should take to prevent being removed from IG..

I'm currently reposting videos and images I find from the internet. Any tips to help prevent getting my IG page removed?

You forgot to say "IG". Joking, here are some tips.
1. Don’t mass follow and like
2. Don’t share Images/Videos Violating Social Network Rules
4. Complete your Instagram Profile
5. Post Regularly
6. Copyright Infringement (Copyright is a serious issue on Instagram. All pictures in your account have to be either yours or permitted by the owner)
7. The different IP address and device
8. Perform reasonable actions
10. Do not comment too many emojis
11. Do not copy your comments over and over
12. Do not spam-like posts

Respect and IG won't "IG" you out. I hope it helps.

Just behaviour as a normal man! That's all, and of course good proxies (if you are have multiple accounts)

Don't use a bot and don't act like a bot :D

LMAOO my bad OCD kicking in

as far as the copyright infringement goes, is it enough to credit the owner or could I still get removed? I see pages with 50-100k followers that are taking vids from other people and crediting them. They are not removed.

I just don't want to invest all this time and effort just to have them remove the page

Mostly would help more if you talked to the owner about posting their Content/image, giving the credit works too I guess. I haven't been banned so far :D

its hard to get in contact with all the content owners ;/

Best case scenario you would clear every piece of reposted content with the original owner...

Realistically though this isn't viable and as you mentioned providing a photo credit / attribution @username etc is usually fine... Most of the time the exposure is usually appreciated by smaller accounts - as your account grows it's not unusual to actually receive 'thanks for the repost' DMs!

The worst I've personally seen is the image being removed combined with an email from IG with subject: 'Your Content Was Removed from Instagram'. Most of the time this was actually for attributing the wrong account (ie. someone who reposted it rather than the original owner.)

You do hear of accounts being banned for major copyright infringement / stealing content etc but as long as you aren't too spammy, keep a quality account and provide attribution you shouldn't run into too many problems ;)

thank you for the write up

I have 2x 250k+ accounts banned for copyright infringement.
A company called jukinmedia just buys videos from people and than lurks IG to strike every account that posts these videos.
They don't even contact you before, they just strike and ban your account.
For gaming accounts i had some pictures reported by kids, its pretty hard with stupid kids, eventualy if you get to many reports IG will ban your account.

Avoid mass actions, dont post videos with children, go private -> growth is better anyways, dont post things that are gory or violent keep it pg

I wonder how big of an issue this is. Has anyone else gotten banned for Copyright Infringement?

Post Natively Don't Use Bots or Auto Posting App Instagram changed their terms of service
Don't Use Banned Hashtags. Simple right
