Any way to post carousel(multiple images in 1 post) from PC?

I have been trying to find a way to post the multi-image posts from PC without using 3rd party website/programs. Does anyone know if this is possible? If not, does Jarvee support this feature?

I am using it to schedule all my posts.

I remember seeing posts a while back mentioning that converting to a business account possibly lowered organic engagement - was this ever found to be true? Just don't want to ruin my account in order to post multi-image posts

You can do it through Creator Studio from Facebook. Just connect Instagram account with Facebook. DM me if you need help!
