Curious if any one els has sleep issues. I am diagnosed with insomnia but its never to bad, just snag a few hours a night. Issue is I'm on day 3 of being awake and I'm not even a little bit tired. Does any one els struggle with sleep, or have any idea how the hell I can get some!

This only happens when you take coffee. Whenever I take a cup of coffee (morning and 8PM) I feel not getting tired. Like what you said, I am still alive 1 am in the dawn.
Crazy thing is i have had zero caffeine!

I was on treatment with sleeping pills.

After taking one of those I felt tired for 2 days in a row. Needless to say I'd rather sleep 3 hours a night than feel tired 2 days in a row.

I still haven't found that "magic cure", but when being awake for three days I suggest you lay in your bed, just in case you blackout.

Aside from having illness, it could be a side effect of over-thinking. Your brain keeps working/thinking when you over think, it has no time to focus in taking rest.

Yea i was prescribed sleeping pills, they made me do the craziest things and kept me sleepy I hated them.

I sleep on time only when I'm drunk.

lol yea that will do the trick.

yea I struggled with depression after the military im very familiar with getting caught up in my thoughts.

also if anyone is curious i fell asleep finally for like 9 hours at 5 am

I had this problem before but not anymore. I think u should train your brain ( u don't need no pills no nothing ) and you are going to start by stop taking caffeine and start drinking tea if u want ( be careful to check that there is no caffeine in tea) also try to lower the sugar and specially when u about to sleep drink a lot of water and wait for about 10min or so then go take a piss. Do this for like a month and u will see some change , at least that's what worked for me.

This seems cheesy but watch this video and it may help:
(I don't do the first part of the video. I only do the part starting at 5:00). I used to have trouble sleeping and this works everytime for me

Strongly recommend a tea for chilling. Just get one from the pharmacy, they have good ones! It will melt your body step by step and get you to sleep. this way you know that you haven't taken any shitty pills or anything that could affect you physically. Or go look for "Binaurals for sleep", it will help trust me :D

I had problems sleeping, I decided with meditation

Iv heard about like Chinese tea that knocks you out

Do you start hallucinating when you've been up for three days?

There are some lethal diseases which start with not being able to sleep for a few days.

Then in a coupla months you die.
