So, i am more of a marketing guy, and quite weak on the technical side of things, so help a brother out.

Lets say i am using a proxy to open an instagram account.

Than i want to create another account - this is the stage where i switch IP?

Now the other IP that the first account was opened with, will never be used again? like lets say i want to bot that account, or even manually grow it, how is this working with different IP login to the account each time or you somehow maintain it?

If that wasn't clear, how do i keep logging to the account i just opened safely.

Yes, you switch IPs now.

The main reason for using proxies is to "isolate" each account into its own connection. You'll use proxies to ring-fence each account and make it independent from one another. In this case, the social network won't know the correlation between your accounts.

Preferably, you will use an IP address for as long as you will have an account.

If you created (or started botting) an account through a proxy, continue using that proxy (provided that you won't block it due to aggressive follow settings) for the lifetime of that account.

Again, think of your proxy as a dedicated Internet connection that you create for your account to the social network. You'll want to use it for the lifetime of your account.

Thanks for the answer Chris!

So basically rotating proxy is better for opening accounts, and if i want for example to run around 5 account, i could just buy "Private" proxy and assign that IP to that account "Forever" ?

Also meaning that every action that i want to do on that account, i need to swtich to its proxy, and can never be logged on few accounts at once, is that also true?

You should use always the same IP for each account, also you should use different browsers because of cookies, history, ... or maybe just in incognito mode

Do you know what the best technical solution for managing these setups with proxys please?

From what i understand, you setup most proxies trough the browser itself, so that's a given. and i am quite sure incognito is insufficient for masking.

yes, for creating a new account is better to switch IP AND change your fingerprints.

Don't need to maintain. On your phone you are rotating IP every time you ON/OFF plane mode or ON/OFF your phone. I am rotating my IP every hour on the bot so nu issues here.

Yes, that's one way to do it.

Yes.

Think of your proxies and accounts as boxed environment. You don't want to mix them.

You can't be logged on several accounts using the same IP address.

Simply put, you should assign one proxy for each account you create. It is important not to mix them. If there are too many activities coming from one IP address, it can trigger a warning to Instagram. If they see that there are many accounts connected to a single IP address, all of your accounts with that IP can get banned.
