How to get an insta account banned?

It is not my account and I do not have the login, it is my friends account and have full permission to get it banned, he lost access to it and the email and there is a copyright problem with 2 images.

It has caused him to lose his job and will possibly be sued as he has been requsted to take them down or face legal action, but he cannot take them down, we have been in touch with insta but because he is not mailing them from the email linked to the account they will not do anything.

I have tried bruteforcing with a dictionary attack but couldn't get the password and am throwing fake likes and followers at it but still nothing, any ideas?

Without access, i wonder how would someone would do it. I see people complain they get banned due to using bot but without access there is much you could do. How about contact support and explain?

yes that's why throwing fake likes and followers at it, as I said above we have contacted support but they cannot help as cannot prove ownership of the account.

What if you report the post, i remember there was some people getting accounts banned, spamming with reports, try that if you have any chance

Edit: Report the profile or a specific post, if the reports were more then the half of follower count the account was getting banned, Thats what i remember not totally sure give it a go!

Ideas that might or might not work:

- Mass report the account and posts on it
- File DMCA takedowns for posts on the account
- Spam hateful comments under the post you want removed and report them
- Fill up a small hashtag the account used with tons of content that violate igs community guideline

Aside from the dmca all of these require many accounts.

Aside from the dmca all of these require many accounts.

Some good tips but I do not have many accounts, we have got everyone we can to report but nothing, I will look in to how to file a DMCA though

Yea you would need lots of accounts reporting in a very short time for it to do anything. Otherwise it'll go to human review which will probably see no issue with the post.

You can use bots to keep reporting the account to IG.
