Whats very frustrating to me is not being able to get a decent amount of views with a channel that has 90,000 Subscribers nearly hitting ten. I've been on this platform for near 8 years now and it bothers me that I'm only averaging 100-1000 views on a new upload and every now and then I'd get a video that does well. What's going on? I'm highly discouraged right now and I just want to quit, i put tons of effort into my video just for it to flake 90% of the time. It's demoarlizing.

Just post tiktok vids , those are trending

Have you tried contacting the other Youtubers that do exactly what you do? Try telling them your story and how you want to suceed like they and if theyre willing to give you a few tips!

Also, dancing over music is very popular in Tik Tok too! Try them, theyre format is very easy 15-60 second videos.

Always remember: Upload, double what works and cut what doesn’t. Simply upload more kind of videos that blew up and gave you 90k subs

I made a tutorial on trending tik tok dances and yet some how it doesn't trigger the algorithim. I did a dance cover after a song drop otimized it with SEO and it still performed poorly. It doesn't make sense how this platform works.

I've been doing that as of lately and thats whats causing me the most amount of stress duplicating the results using another trending topic sometimes work sometimes doesn't. Other youtubers who are in a similar niche than I am do the same thing as me but dont include nothing in their descirption or tags but somehow rank really well for the same thing I try to rank for.

Youtube isn’t all on page SEO, it’s also about user experience, retention time and feedback.

Interesting high retention videos go viral.

Yeah I promote on Instagram, my following isnt as big on there I have about 4,000 followers there. I've plug my instagram handle in videos and it doesn't seem to drive traffic.

Youtube isn’t all on page SEO, it’s also about user experience, retention time and feedback.

Interesting high retention videos go viral.

You should post details of your new uploaded video on the community section of your channel dashboard. That is a another way to get your subscribers more aware of your new uploaded videos.

I checked out your channel. The content looks pretty good but I think you could really improve your thumbnails and video titles.

The thumbnails don't "pop" to entice clicks and titles are weak. In many cases you are only using the artist name and/or song title.

If people are looking for that they are probably looking for the original. They can tell by your name and thumbnail that its not what they are looking for.

Titles like:
Drake Tootsie Slide
Don Toliver Cardegan

Those need to be much better. Combine that with a poor thumbnail and nobody is going to be interested.

Try things like:
Epic Tootsie Slide FAIL! Dance like Drake the right way

Or other click-bait type stuff.

And make better thumbnails. Waay better.

Once I'm actually watching the video, I think you are amazing. Great personality, know your stuff and you do a great job teaching and reaching your audience.

You just need to make more of a buzz with titles and thumbnails to get people to click.

People who comment on the vids say great things about you too.

Yeah just watched some of you videos, you got skills and I only wish I could move like that. As @RRunner said, titles and thumbnails are a bit weak.

One thing I noticed is xxxxxxx "l dance video" works a lot better than most of them. Perhaps focus on those?

If i change the video titles now do you think it will trigger the algorithm or don't bother cause it could affect it negatively
