As @majdi107 said, the time is from sunrise to sunset for 30 days. We eat before sunrise and break fasting during sunset.Sorry that I dont understand the rules of Ramadan but may I ask, do you stop eating for 30 days? Wow
First of all, it's one of the 5 pillars of Islam, you can also read this article.May I also ask why you do this?
Thank you for telling me, happy ramadanFor religious reasons
And it's also scientists proven that it's good for health
Can you share some of those effects or reliable sources?I wouldn't say its good for your health as there's known side effects to doing a fast in Ramadan. However, from a religious standpoint, it is a sacrifice to help remember those in need and let us become empathetic.
Happy Ramadan to everyone!
Ramadan is coming in 2 days and I will start the ~30 days fasting experience like every year.
But this time it will be much different because of coronavirus
but it's ok we consider it a new challenge.
Happy Ramadan to everyone.
