I doubt that you need to get traffic from outside. I mean like twitter, Instagram, etc. Not sure if any reliable Snapchat bot exists.

I'm not sure if this will answer your question or not because it's not a bot, but try downloading "Ghostcodes" from the app store on your phone. It allows you to add a whole bunch of people in bulk, but it's essentially one person per tap.
