I asked for a recommendation for my new app on ios, that is not starting good.
My app is a good app,is not a reskinned app, i have other apps with millions of downloads, is about trading card game.

-They offered me 700 installs + 70 reviews for iOS = 500 USD
they also mentioned top1 keyword but they recommend before the 700 installs.
So i go ahead , and made the payment of the 500 usd.

-Do i get the installs? Yes, completelly uselles , people that dont play the game or fake people i dont know.
Has it served for something? nop, directly 500 usd to trash, i get 0 organical donwloads.

So my recommendation is dont use mopeak, there are other services where you get better recommendations that make grew your businnes, and not only recommendations for get your money.

I never used thus kind of services before, im using another one now, and looks much better.

1) The client received everything he paid for. Both the installs and reviews delivered in time and in full amounts

The main boost was to the keyword he has it his SUBTITLE and thats why we recommended to do the ASO before any ad campaign
So the whole tread is just a false accusation...

I also had a negative experience with mopeak and do not recommend them.
I have nothing to win from this but I do not want people to throw money in the garbage like I or the OP did.

Because client both fully received the purchased service and also got the keyword rankings boosted as shown on our screenshot above

Then you open a thread here acusing them of not being a trustworthy company for not having delivered something they didn't at all promise you and that you didn't pay for, which was rank increase.

It's like if I buy a backlink from someone and then accuse him for not ranking my Competited Tarot Website to #1

Actually, I bought some reviews from Mopeak and they served what they promised.

Incentivised installs are like that. People install and collect reward and then uninstall.
Go for organic installs with Google Ads or FB ads. That will be more permament as it will be installed by oly interested people.
