Bye Bye Amazon.. Google new strategy

you guys dont get it.the middlemen is getting lost and in the end you will get kicked leaving only producer and google creating mass unemployment as no work power will be needed anymore.
you are establishing your own competitor and business death

Byebye amazon?seriously?what about all the data they've been collecting over decades not mentioning the customers loyalty and its only 25% of their traffic is coming from search engines.....

Data collected mostly with the help of the affiliate community. Seriously do you think amazon affiliate was only used by IM on BHW or what? We are talking about millions of people that were heavily promoting amazon through social media, website, investing money in their amazon site to provide buyers guide, etc. work their ass out to rank ... Do you know that you can easily outrank an Amazon product page with the proper SEO strategy?
The end goal of the affiliate community was to redirect the traffic to amazon. Big players in amazon site aren't making just a few bucks. Just a quick operation, if someone earns 10k/month with his website that's 8% on average of what people who go through his affiliate site had spent on amazon. The winner here is Amazon and vendors, getting free products promotion with zillions of links pointing to each one of their zillions products pages. Amazon, FBA will suffer from this loss, really. People are joking around about it but when you take time to analyze this news, it's really bad for many including Amazon.

You put Amazon in the title and now all the butt-hurt, whinny, cry babies have come over to this thread.

But anyways, Google Shopping is nothing new guys. You can thank the pandemic for the free listings, but paid ads is still the way to go. I mean as a consumer I can't even remember when the last time I clicked on the shopping tab was.

Stop acting like people here are idiots and stop thinking that you're the center of the world.

Amazon got too cocky, so more competition is always welcome

It was happening anyway.
BTW, Amazon affiliate program commission has come down to very little.
Gotta find an alternate.

I think this is more like the fb marketplace rather than another amazon.

Pshh this is nothing. Lots of shoppers still trust amazon over google due to free shipping and customer service

Amazon is not just going to be sitting around doing nothing. They will come up with something soon.

Im sure this isnt going to stop Amazon. Most Amazon shoppers use Amazon search bar to search for products, not Google.

Plus that means you're assuming the thousands of Amazon sellers are just going to migrate? Maybe, but slowly.

Google was on par with eBay, if not even better on selling items.

Thats not good, a free platform will kind of access to scammers and carders. Many sellers and buyers are gonna get ripped.

Amazon i will still prefer for buying and selling. Atleast i rest assured for my money and product. Also not to mention Amazon has tremendous customer support!

Google i hate always for there customer support and whatever Google gives free, they treat buyer like nothing.. they have this simple shitty rule as they are king.

So overall i wont prefer a switch in my buying and selling experience.

It's nice move but google does not care about customer support and they are very hard at people. So, hard decisions might not help in long run but amazon needs a little kick in ass for sure some some guys said here.

Amazon doesn't play fair with it's affiliates, nor with those who use it as a selling platform. They need some serious competition. Right now I know they consider themselves invincible. So did Enron at one stage.
yes boi
