Can't access BHW without a VPN (Error 525: SSL Handshake Failed)

Anyone else experiencing this problem? BHW is not accessible from Pakistan. When I try to load it, it throws a SSL Handshake failed error message.

I recorded a short video:

I'm accessing it from Pakistan. Had a friend on a different ISP try and he encountered the same error.
Weirdly, using a VPN solves the problem.

Not sure if its something on the ISP's end or on Cloudfront's end.

@Diamond Damien, could you please have a look? It's kinda annoying having to use a VPN just for BHW.

It happens to me often but it always solves itself after a few hours.

It is happening because of ISP, if it is working with VPN then I don't think there must be some issue.
You can do Tracert to find the blockage.

Yeah they don't seem to know what they're doing. They even kept pastebin blocked for a few months too.
I'll try to contact them and will explain how BHW is not about hacking or anything illegal.

Until then, VPN it is.

Well, pastebin is also a blackhat site, with tons of dox info and stuff, but nothing related to the blackhat techniques of hell found in bhw.

BHW was blocked by the PTA (Pakistanis equivalent of FCC). Luckily I had a friend working there who I was able to explain to that BHW is not a hacking forum.

It's unblocked now.

Edit: Other users from Pakistan, please confirm. It's working fine on my end.
