I hope this is the right place to put my post in.

My Qs is about keyword domains.

Lets say a keyword ( Black hat ) has 17k per month! ( example)

and blackhat.com not avilable but the site does not work for 5 years.
and blackhat.net is avilable!

I heared from some dudes out here when ever your keyword is your exactly your domain name this will makes you the first in search engine! right?

How about if the keyword has 80% competes and the 1# site does not have the same keyword! will I can out rank the 1# with the keyword domain? or it should be aged domain with a page rank ?

I mean is it difficulty to out rank him or not?

Sorry for the noobie Q but I am trying to understand apoint and I am sure you guys will mention it.

It is not necessary that the domain name with exactly same keyword will rank number 1. There are so many other factors which add up to make SERPs.

If a domain name isn't available in the exact form of the targeted keyword you can use dashes. But no, it doesn't necessarily has to have the keyword in the domain to rank number 1. It depends a lot on the "on site" seo and the number and quality of the backlinks.

You can try several combinations of keyword in domain if you are really interested to get the same domain as your main keyword.

Examples are:-

word1word2
word1-word2
word2-word1

you can also you part of one word and full of other word

To answer that question type the keyword phrase in quotes in Google and you will see that in many cases the top site does not have the keyword phrase in the domain name. What you will find that having the keyword phrase in the page title and the description is very important for relevancy.

Having the the keyword phrase in the domain name as well will give you an extra edge when everything else is equal but it is not the deciding factor.

yes, every criteria in Google has page rank points, the better you score the higher you are in serps, making a website is like exam and your examiner is Google, who will give you marks for every good point and also do negative marking ( minus page ranks) if you do something black hat.
