I have made Keyword Extractor Plus tool for GOOGLE / YOUTUBE, will help you choose relevant and popular terms related to your selected key term. I forgot to mention abt the step to extract keyword suggestion for bulk keyword..

Step1:

Put all your keywords in a text file like this

keyword1
keyword2
etc tec

Step2:

Select the file thro' the software..

Step3.

Click Extract button..

Thats it job done..

And import to Keyword Extractor Plus. It return 184 keywords back to me include "result count". And ofcourse each Keyword is a niche

Still have some bugs and need to improve a little bit.
To OP: You may apply the Keyword ABC method. Example:

how do I a
how do I b
how do I c
.....
how do I z

The way you suggest keywords may return unrelevant keywords like: "hotel california" lol I'm not looking for a song.

no man, we have to suggest: root keyword + a (b,c,d,....,z)
another good way:
ex: root kw = how to
we could make:

how to a
how to b
how to c
...

And make it request recursively:
ex: you got "how do you feel" return from google or youtube, you could repeat like above:

how do you a
how do you b
how do you c
...
how do you feel a
how do you feel b
how do you feel c
...

I got the opportunity to test this little tool. What I can say? it's amazing.

It's good tool if you need lot's of keywords (example for autoblogs).

If you are in need of niches you can just test something like "how to dance" and that tool gives you 200+ niches to choose from.
