Just wondering when Blackhat members sleep and wake. I'm not talking about during these quarantine days as it f*cked many people's sleep schedule, but I'm talking about in normal days.

Is it true that early risers accomplish more than the night owls?

I read that being a night owl for a long time could hurt you mentally... is that true?

Are night owls more creative than early risers?

Lack of sunlight is bad for your health?

Is it scientifically proven that either of them is "healthier" than the other?

Both, sometimes I have to go to sleep until 11am or later because I get too creative or sometimes I am sleeping at 8pm haha

The former recently. Totally transformed throughout the past 20 years. Now i wake up, when i used to go to sleep back then. It's a somewhat natural path, i think.

Yes that is 100% true , reason why it's because you need some good sleep to refresh your brain.

You need good balance so atleast 7 hours of sleep will do for me

Biphasic sleeper. I catch both benefits and both timelines. Fits perfectly.

lol, and i think sleeping is wasting a third of your life, its all perspective. i have no brain, so i don't need sleep, i win.

I'm 100% a night owler, unfortunately. However, ive been trying to become an early riser because of all the people saying its beneficial.

For me both.

Sometimes I work till 1 am, but I just never sleepover 7-8 AM.. I dunno, my brain wakes me up.. Always and never let me sleep.

It sucks but it's true. It's like I have to make everything trough the day and I feel like If I sleep long time, I missed opportunity to watch that video, to read that article, to make that call that would eventually help me.

It's fcked up I'm not gonna lie but it is what it is right

I guess it depend on you and what u want to achieve but when i said that i was talking about me

I've noticed a massive difference in my efficiency and effectiveness of work by going to sleep at 11 pm and waking up at 7 am. I used to be one of those entrepreneurs that worked 100 hours a week, but now I make 30x more and only work 4 or 5 hours a day. I believe people that stay up late just don't have good time management skills.

But a night owl still sleeps. Just at different time than early risers.
I agree but for me i'm programed to sleep at a time and wake up at a time and that way i have a lot of energy.

Not really fcked up. Your brain just used to get up at 7-8AM. I bet you have been like this since you were born.
