Frustrated with seo please suggest

Hi Friends,

This is my first post.
I am doing seo for my website from more than one year.
First website stopped after 1 year because it was not ranking.
Started new website 6 month back and this one also not ranking.
Tried almost everything, manual link, gsa, pbn.
But nothing seem to working.
Whatever strategy i use show some result but when applied again then website ranking drop.
Like if i build 10 pbn link website ranking go up 20-30 position but if i add another 10 pbn link website drop a lot.

Please suggest some strategy to rank website . I am really bored off this seo. Finally have to leave seo and look out for some other job.
Please suggest.

My niche is yoga teacher training.
Around 100 yoga schools are here competing for same keywords.
But highly active are around 50.

How many target page you have and What's the target page content length? Also, what's the anchor ratio of your backlink profile.

Website have 5 target page.
Home page content length is 6000 words with lots of images. Other 4 articles are 1000-1500 word long.
Backlink anchor ratio is 50% exact for targeted 10 keywords and 50% nacked.
Nacked url is from social profiles and social bookmarking.
Exact match is from pbn, web2.0 and guest post
My domain name also exact match keyword.

SEO doesn't work unless you have $1k/month to waste and at least 3 months to wait.

And even then you're not sure.

Better yo spend $3k on ads and get traffic and optimize for conversion in 1 month with PPC.

If i had this much to spend, i must have choosen some other business.
I choose seo to rank website because most competitors are ranking without ads only with few pbn post.
But i dont know how they build link that their strategy work but my website get algorithmic penalty everytime.
Few are ranking 2 urls for same keyword on 1st page.

50% Exact match is too high at the beginning, create more links with generic kws and lsi.

First check what links google considered in your search console. Sometimes some social bookmarking links may not count. Analyse your anchor ratio by checking links in search console. You have emd. Becareful with anchors.
I don't prefer comment links. It is not recommended to have exact anchors from web 2.0. Check on-page kwd density.

How you checked his backlinks? Ahrefs? May be he hiding other links for ahrefs. Remember you are using exact domain. You have to careful with diversity. Also check kW density of articles between yours and competitor. It also matters. Avoid exact anchors from low quality websites.

How many original YouTube/Vimeo/DailyMotion? How many followers on Facebook? How many on Insta/Pinta/etc? PBN - articles about "what is yoga" or personalized, written by original author? Are there recaps of lessions?...

Apologies, let me explain where I'm going with this. Think about it from this perspective - if BHW have AI spinning content. What does Google have at their disposal to compare what you are building and making to "real stuff"... Just means it MUST be top stuff.

+ In my personal experience, PBN's and other "BHW" things make most results mixed with real efforts creating really great stuff. Maybe, at this point, all you need is to start pushing SN's with something good.

If it is local site - does it have local registered business address - have you compared these metrics with your competitors....

You have to make sure that you are doing proper keyword research. also, you will need patience. it takes time to see results.

Did you try to measure the gap between what you are trying and what your competitors already have?

Sometimes with competitive niches you have to put in a lot of investment, its not that your just going to rank out of nowhere.

Analyze your competitors links profile, try to get easy grabs from there, and also try to understand how you compare.

I have a micro niche site with 70 blogs and my site is only a year old and I am out ranking a lot of high authority sites with a ds of 4 and a ts of 0, at this point I have yet to focus on backlinking but in my niche I can rank first page in a matter of a couple days to a few months.

Sounds like maybe you are focusing too much on backlinking and not enough on proper keyword research / competition analysis and publishing great content in my opinion.
