How do i truly gain traffic? (noob here)

(sorry for long post, i just want to be rly clear heheh)

Hey people, a couple days i posted asking for some advice and you guys definetly delivered, so from nothing to right now, this is what i got:

A youtube channel (new channel)
A .com domain
A hosting service
Good video/photoshop editing skills
A confirmed ogads account
Basic html/css knowledge (i cant make a full html site by my own, but i can take a template and modify it so it looks completly different, i understand the code but cant write it, its like understanding a language but not being able to speak it more or less xDD).

So here is what ive done so far: today ive created a website (starting from a template) using a new gaming nitch i think it can be profitable. So i took the template completly modified it and now it works fine, made a subdomain related to that nitch and uploaded the site to my hosting (i literally learned all this today since i had 0 knowledge on how websites work on how to do this, but i got myself out of there xD). Recorded a video proof (fake obv) and uploaded to my youtube channel, my first youtube video in this channel.

So ive read a little bit and you have to promote the video so it ranks up and reaches actuall audience, so i bough 2,5k views with ytbot and right now they are still being delivered i think im at 1k views now.

I started on CPA obviously to make some money, i dont intend to live out of this but maybe make a quick cash, for now ive invested, 8$ for the domain, 3$ (monthly subscription) for the hosting, and 7$ for the 2,5k views. I need to make something in return i dont ask much just to get back what i spent xDDD.

I dont know if the 2,5k views will actually bring me a few conversions, but i need a way to start making some clicks, there is a guy here called DimCrack who started not long ago at all and in the first few days already made money, obviously everybody has their own methods and by no means i want you guys to tell me your methods, but i just need a bit of help on this xD, im stuck again hahaha.

Anyone willing to help me make back this dollars invested so i dont sit there crying like a stupid ignorant would be lovely

You are making things too easy in your mind. This is the start of your journey, you are newbie and will have lot of learn. One tip. Be patient and have less expectations.

1) paying so few in hosting is good to start but i question the website speed, will be some very shared hosting. Anyway as beginning this is ok and not even relevant. You made a new website and this website will not get much traffic and no or low income in the next months. Just being realistic.
2) on YouTube it will take some time to get subs, views, monetization and then money. (If you are planning to make money through ads)

In practice, what you can do
1) do not boost new channel with some random view, it won't work. You need to give yourself high retention views, create good content and get real shares and social traffic to your vid. Facebook and fb niche related groups are #1 allies for u on this. It's free marketing and effective whithin weeks and couple videos.

Thanks for the answer, but then, if youtube will take months for it to bring a dollar, what would be a great traffic source? thats my main problem, i just cant find something to get traffic, as i said i dont want to suddently get 2.000 clicks and 800 conversions, i just want some traffic, as little as it can be, just a way to get a bit cz i rly dont know where to start with this.

You do know where to start.
Make a youtube video and upload it, if, as you said, yo just want some traffic, as little as it can be, you WILL have it. Just do it, traffic will be there

Well, im just as new as you are, but in my little experience I suggest you start a niche in an area that you like. Whatever it may be, if you happen to like to clean keyboards or wash cars choose what you like. Why? Because CPA is a grind, there is no 1-fix-all trick. The truth is that you have to do everything all at once (if that makes any sense). So first find that thing that you really like and dont mind learning more about, THEN figure out how it fits into CPA.

Just my 2 cents.

So first find that thing that you really like and dont mind learning more about, THEN figure out how it fits into CPA.

hmmm dont know what backlinks are neither how to check on keyword ranking, a google search would do?
