Urgent Help With Auto Generating Emails

I need to generate a list of emails in this format

[email protected]

I need to insert numbers from 1 - 999 in the XXX part does anyone know any tools to do this?

You can use MS Excel, if you don’t actually have to create those emails but just type them out. Just paste the mail in a column, remove the @example.com, and then just drag it down in the bottom right (there should be a +). Once you’re on line 999 you can add the domain.
