Is there a tool that I can use to find expired domains with backlinks for an exact keyword? Let's say that the keyword is "soccer shirts" and I need an expired domain with such of backlinks.

Do you know someone selling it as a service here on BHW?

Scrapebox is definitely a useful tool for that. If you want to learn how to scrape expired domains with certain keyword backlinks, I recommend watching going on YouTube and watch Loopline's videos.

The best way is to scrape urls, get their outbound links, check if available and check metrics. Sometimes tools will fail to see available domains.
