Don't blank the referer, FAKE it! It's safer and at least CPA AM will have a traffic source to look in your stats, your WHITEHAT site!
Although some CPA may accept referer blanking, most of them don't want to and soon they will be pissed off and ban you so watch out on blanking, especially if you're in CJ. Just use wordpress with CPA-R and you'll be fine
And YES, the OP said it, use a ad rotator to rotate offers between different networks or within the same one. Good Luck!

Well... I am currently running 3 offers. 2 from CJ and 1 From SAS. CPA networks have no idea as what is the root source of traffic COZ I am sending visits to their site, from dedicated optimized pages specially made for them. For example, I am promoting an insurance offer (cpa) and have made a webpage full of insurance and related content, and have left banners of the merchant on that page (3 banners on each page). NOT blanking the referer BUT faking it.

Yes, the emails they give you to read have advertising within it, such as PPC or PPV banners, CPA offers, products to buy etc. They make money when you click or complete these offers. And then there might be a slim possibility of 0.00000001% that they will pay you. This is another form of email marketing.
I can't believe I was in these programs before I found BHW
I really hate them now and think about those poor people that think they'll make money of them
So, unless you are in such economy crisis that you sleep under the bridge, don't EVER NEVER try them!
They scream 'SCAM'.

Before joining here I was a victim of these email progs, one of them put $ 50 in my account in advance but I never reach 100 $ payout then I told them GFYS
