Well As U can See This Site jumped from 1-2M views per month to 61M visite for the last Month

But To be Honest this is not something that u can achieve easly "he's doing really a hard job there collecting data all over the world, from specific resources and keeping that updated every minute...
or maybe he iis using some scripts out there to do jobs... i dont knew since i never hosted a website before .... all i knew he is doing well

and it mean being ready all the time.
it's culmination of all the work they put on the site.

Most numbers on his website come from mathematical formulas. He just works with the averages. He knows how many is done/spend/paid/killed/etc per year, so it's easy divide it to months, days, hours, seconds...

For covid-19 he probably has team of 2-3 VAs who know which websites (government resources and other) they should check for each country, and they manually add them to the table each day (or even each hour). You can afford such a luxury when you have that many visitors
