I dont suggest affiliate offers and FB ads tbh, might've worked a few years ago but now CPM is too high to make a profit. Either e-com or content locking with FB ads imo

Make your mindset to what can i learn with these $1000 from how can i double my $1000. You can try promoting CPA offers on push traffic. $1000 is good enough to test dating or sweep on push. But you will immediately need more cashflow.
