I worked before web design and web programming, also I work with game hacks and youtube, and adult traffic and Instagram spam... I also tried SEO but I don't have much success with this. Now i just have ecomm website where i selling from instagram traffic.

F facebook u don't need him. I will suggest that u take $100 from the $1000 what you are going to do before spending some of that $100 is find people on ig that are similar on your niche again before u spend anything look at their followers and engagement rate and check if in fact they have real people or just bots, now that u found 1 to 5 influencers that have real followers and good engagement rate message them tell them how much it will cost for a 24hours shoutout in post + link in bio and tell them to provide u with a screenshot of the stats such as the countries of the followers , age etc. Let's say they ask $25 for a shoutout okey $25 x 4=$100. You should track what instagram account gave u more sales at same time collect an email list from thoes shoutouts ( u can be creative and add more stuff. If this method work for u cool scale it if not cool move on and loss gonna be only $100 not $1000.
