How long does a Facebook account last in 2020?

Let's say I have a list of 80,000 UIDs and I'd like to capture their attention towards my brand. Ideally I'd like reach them through FB ads but FB won't allow UID upload in custom audiences unless they have already engaged with my brand's page blah blah.

If anybody could answer:

1) What's the best/safest way to get them in my algorithm?

2) I'm open to farming various FB accounts and adding them to my meme group or inviting them to like my brand's page, but realistically, how long will my accounts keep up? I've tried several proxies and eventually all my accounts get disabled...

Is there a safe/fool-proof way to do this in 2020? Thanks.

Edit: By the way I forgot to mention I use Mass Planner. I'm sorry if the forum is saturated with these questions, mainly asking if there is a way to get them in my algorithm without managing multiple fake accounts, if possible. I've been able to scrape 500 emails of 60,000 UIDs. Is there a way to get the remaining 55,000 UIDs? :/

For the title, if you follow the rules, the account can last forever .

I'll be following this thread as I am also curious. I'm thinking the best way is through FB ads then creating a funnel to keep them.
