i suggest to improve on the methods of "getting work"
ie making yourself look more legit (maybe profile wise, have a website, etc)
Change your approach in your messaging to be more on point, according to what you have learned that worked best.
Add those users to a "legit" mailing list, before you send them the offer, and close the deals outside of FB.
do more outreach, to websites and forums / comments etc, where its about piracy (people that wont mind using such software in the first place)
or legit websites about the pirated products you offer. (ie photoshop / designer forums - for selling photoshop)
Than, after you "invented your own game" - you scale this with "Automation" and "Do more actions / have more users"
I was referring to Horizontal scaling (going wide for more methods and audiences) - and your question is about the Vertical scaling (how to scale something that works)
If that wasn't clear, for the sake of the example, take a FB campaign, trying new targeting with creatives that proven to work - horizontal. Upping your budgets and bids on whats working - vertical.

Is there any way where I can Lift this limitation from Paypal ?May be by paying fees?I know there are many affiliate programs which pay only through paypal (Bluehost is one of those) and affiliates receive thousands of dollars in their account. Then how is it possible? If anybody can throw light on this.

About $500 then i moved to another method
When someone need money back , i do Refund with no questions asked.
Total Refunds $63

i see a lot of newbie threads asking about how to make fast money online, and it's really weird because there is way too many good methods here in BHW,
So i want to share with you easy method with $0 investing ( Just using BHW and your Brain )
What i did ?
1- Downloaded many premuim shopify themes from https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/member-downloads.29/ and made a vault in my mega account.
2- Joind about 40 facebook groups about shopify with old account
3- Posted this message in groups and comments. [ 30 Premium Shopify Themes for reasonable price.
If you are interested DM me. ]
4- Got too much messags from interested people asking about my package.
5- Sold Full package for $39 and 1 theme for $10 ( some people asked for discount and i agreed to almost any offer i get )
6- After just 2 days got $259 in my paypal account.
so please stop asking about how to make money and start reading

Do u mean old shopify acc or old fb acc and will a 2010 acc be fine?
Why do i need a mega account can't i just use the direct downloads for the themes and upload them once sold?

Facebook Groups are working out fine for me with CPA Offers. It's easy cash.
This one might be harder to sell but it still a pretty good method!

That is what i did tooI have tried a similar way to earn some money but my PP never got limited. However, I stopped that within a week with like 40-50 transactions.

No, and you can use Paypal if you play it smart
way too many people asking questions with easy answers.
He stopped using this method cause it was risky using PP.
He did not just post a link to the Facebook Group but a made a post about the themes then started a conversation, those really interested he pushed them towards a sale.
He used mediafire but you can use anything as long its a random account where you hosted the product.
Using anything that requires a activation where you don't have the activation code will get your PP limited. Because buyers will report the transaction. Risky.
Go for selling something else, this method is as very old and can be easily used for alot of other things.
1) Find a Affiliate Offer that is selling well, clickbank, cj, maxbounty or other numerous other sites.
a) You can also do Ebooks, tons out there.
2) Join facebook groups, as many as you can.
3) Do 1 post a day that provides relevant information and is not connected to your Affiliate Offer
4) After a week, make a post about the affiliate offer and ask to be messaged for more information on how it can help.
5) using the messaging, give them the link.
All of this can be automated as you are providing value to the group.
