hello guys, so basically i'm looking for an RDP and someone told me to try pivps i don't know if i should so please if anyone here has experience with RDP i'm looking for suggestions

What will you use it for ? because if your internet is slow to like browse or basic internet usage, it still will be slow to connect to the RDP...

You can check the marketplace, there are several sellers, or go with famous names like DigitalOcean or Vultr

Did you have tryed a GOOD vpn? I dont know why but i have MUCH faster speed when use a VPN then whitout.

This is a non-sense as when you are using a VPN, you have an overhead which slow down your connection. The overhead is the additionnal data that transport your initial data.

Alternativally, you could try faster DNS like OpenDNS for instance; this may improve your connection.

If your internet slwo then RDP get slow too. so first find the best fastest internet provider, or else find a repeater to speed your internet.
