Is it a good idea to make a guest post on DA 93. Reputed Niche Specific Website but Spam 48%.
Or I should skip this?

Spam score doesn’t really matter if it’s an authority site
Thanks for talking out time and giving a detailed answer! AppreciatedI will suggest relying on a couple of more big factors than only spam score consideration.
Niche - Are you doing in exact same niche, from where you can really drive traffic.
Traffic - Even some of the High DA sites have a low traffic, So make sure you are getting a link from a site which has good traffic movement (and not botted). Use Ahref or MOZ or SEMRush to identify the traffic source and other authentic traffic criteria.
Traffic source and Keywords Orientation - Use Ahref for this, It will tell you major traffic country and also what keywords they are ranking and getting traffic majorly at. If that's in your favour you can count that link.
Spam score as said by others is also a factor of injections and spammers, With high authority sites, you can rely on there authority and traffic if you are relevant enough.
If you are a completely new website, I will still suggest don't just rely on this single link to help you and make sure these kinds of spam score site don't get added to your list in a very big number. Just a couple of them won't effect as long as you add 0-2% Spam Score sites to your site backlinks.
Hope it helps.
