Don't know what you niche is but perhaps you could try dueting with some accounts that belong to grown ups? or try follow grown people's accounts in hopes that they will folllow back if they like your content.

Could you try posting finance/business related topics. Posting pictures of memes typically attract a younger age group

Not be a damper, but I was thinking about this too the other day, tiktok is clearly growing like crazy and there must be monetization opportunities, but then I relized that most likely not many adults even use TikTok, so not the type of world i'd waste my time with.
