I read a lot of journeys and guides about youtube, instagram, twitter and so on about how to make money and become a big player.

Unfortunately I coulnd't find anything similar regarding twitch gaming niche. How to market/promote and produce content that gets a lot of views/followers/subscribers?

It's all about entertainment and know how to market your twitch

Right now is the perfect opportunity

Make a Channel
Get a webcam, good mic
OBS
Start streaming
Download the new game "VALORANT"
Put in your Stream title "DROPS HERE!! Playing Valorant"
Go on Popads - buy 10k popups, redirect them to your stream
Done

Yea the hype for valorant is real now. Every big streamer is streaming it now though but their views are all tripled or more because of their drops.
They also get a lot of subs and dono's asking about the drops

Op:
Are you in it for the long term or just to make some quick bucks?

Exactly, Summit1g is at the moment making at least 50k per day i would say. He got 10k+ subs in one day, that is alone at least $30k , lets not forget about the Donos and AD Revenue lol

True, same with XQC, TimTheTatMan and many others.
I would love to become a full time streamer because the interaction and freedom seems fun but it is probably way more mentally and physically challenging than one might think

I want to get into this for the long run. However, I have never streamed before. The technical aspect isn't very complicated, but getting the first initial people to the stream is I think.

Can you explain the popads part in a bit more detail please?

Yeah getting an audience is the hard part. When you decide to start, HMU and I will follow on my two accounts ;)

Some tips from streamers about starting to stream.
  • Have a consistent schedule and grind a lot of long streams
  • Be funny (hard) or extremely good at the game (both preferably). If you can choose a new game and grind it till you become on of the best and get know for it. Look at ninja, TFue and dakotaz for example, they got rich of being good at fortnite. I think valorant is a great game to start grinding and get god. Everyone is excited for it and it is free! You will need to grind hard though
  • Engage with audience a lot

And try to play with other bigger streamers and get their audience to like you because you are funny or good at the game.
You might get some more followers yourself to get the ball rolling.
Don't be a sellout though trying to get followers to you.
Maybe the streamers you play with will become your friends and they might host you

You just have to buy popups from a Popup network. Then setup an AD Campaign and send the popups to your live stream, that way you will get viewers on twitch. It works 100%. If you buy enough you can easy get to 5k viewers at least, which is gonna get you placed quite high for some games, which will bring you "Real viewers". You basically use popads to bring fake viewers to your stream for ranking

Should I use some bot viewers in order to get more visibility?

I don't know the risk/rewards of that.
If you are in it for the long run like a hobby/future job maybe then I would recommend growing organically and asking friends to turn on your stream and turning own stream on on different devices.
If buying views is profitable and you just want to make money then yeah why not. I don't know how strict twitch is with views so I can't really help you with that.

You are asking how to produce content? Really? That is a pretty dumb question to ask.

You either live stream gaming or you do IRL content which falls into the "Just Chatting" category. All the top earners are gamers though and gaming is probably the channel to get the quickest subs unless your IRL content is something people really enjoy.

Guys like Summit, Ninja, XQC, Lirik, Nick, the Doc, etc.. are really fortunate because they started streaming before Twitch and live streaming blew up this past year.

I usually have Twitch going on my tv while I work on my PC. I pretty much have that demographic figured out and would like to start streaming as well, but mainly as a hobby and to see where it goes.

No I didn't ask that. Please reread my question. I asked how to drive people to my stream.

Otherwise all the good content and effort would go to waste.

So you're asking how to push viewers to the stream...

Well I can tell you putting "Drops Enabled" in the title is not going to work. People on Twitch know only certain channels with a lot of followers get drops. The best option would be to try pop ads to get some views and rank higher or get featured in the category, but in a smart way that looks natural.

There's other ads as well, but that's going to cost more than pops.

What website are you using to buy the pop up ads from?

collaborating with other streamers, doing podcast and promoting your twitch from youtube. also don't do the affiliate program
