How do I promote my exact match domain website?

Hey guys, new here. Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong subforum, but this is the closest I could find.
Anyways, I have bought an exact match domain (how-to-****-********.com). It's already indexed by Google, but by doing the exact search on Google, it doesn't appear even within top 10 pages. How do I promote this website properly?

Edit: the page itself is just a one-page tutorial with about 50-100 total if that makes a difference.

EMD's were demoted for exact search phrase years ago, never came back.

You can search for most kw's you won't see EMD's on the top 10.

Same as with any other website.

Get your onpage sorted, get the site indexed then start doing some off page SEO
