How to target people from groups with FB Ads?

I remember someone posted a method how to target people from groups with FB Ads. But I cant find this thread now. Can someone help me?

You buy a scraper or a scraping service from the marketplace, you scrape the group members (will work only on open groups, usually with 50-60% success rate)

Than you can use the data you scraped to build your custom audiences.

As I mentioned, it can take longer but I'm not really willing to risk my ad account by scraping and uploading that custom audience since this will never be my primary targeting. I rather pay $100/month to someone who does all the research and make posts in those groups, and I don't have to think about it, just collect audience and run ads

I've been doing Facebook ads full time for over 8 years now, on a ton of accounts and I only lost one account till now. I think I'm going to be fine
