strange Chinese Skype chat request

i keep on getting strange chat request from china, a lot of requests daily. am i in trouble. few days ago i made fun of Chinese government on reddit.

It's usually a spam bot. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I used to get a bunch of messages and contact requests from those kind of accounts before I stopped using Skype.
