Not sure if this solved your answer have you tried vultr

VPS = VPS stands for Virtual Private Server. VPS hosting is a source of confusion for many individuals and businesses searching for a web host for their Internet ventures.

So, VPS uses data center IP...search "dsl rent" there are lots of those services, really similar to residential IP providers in my views.

You won't find a VPS (Virtual Private Server, ie a Computer in the cloud) with residential IPs.

You can get a VPS with a datacenter IP from any cloud provider.

Once you get your VPS, then you can use a residential proxy provider for residential proxies and you can use a tool like Proxyfier (for Windows) or proxychains (for Linux) to route your VPS traffic through the residential IP.

As a VPS provider, you can check Hostwinds, they're a hosting company, quite cheap and good performance, and they have a sales thread here on BHW.

@zcldeapple did you found a provider?

I'm looking as well for RDP/VPS with residential IP EU/USA
or
private socks5 service EU& USA with lots of proxies where the proxies are sold only in one hand.

I have seen some VPS detected as ISP in geolocation database such as IP2Location. I'm not sure how they did it. Any insight?

Get vps and run squid. It requires some experience tho. But its not that more beneficial than just buying a proxy because vps providers have limited amount of proxies available.
