5-10 $ per year hosting plan for tiny wordpress website?

Hello,
I am looking for a reliable hosting for my 1st tiny wordpress website.
1. Daily traffic will be max 10 visit per day.
2. No need to have more than 1 GB space.
3. Beginner friendly & Secure.
4. Bonus: Can host 2-3 website max.

I have researched old thread here and found few.
1. Hostkoala
2. BuyShared
3. GoCreateMe

Please recommend if you have good experience with anyone.

I am usning Webhosting1st now...But I find login page too irritating. Every actions redirects me to login page...and odds of getting login is 1 out of 10-15 attempts. Whenever, I am trying to do anyting in their panel, It redirects me to login page..Then again login problem.
Facing this problem for 10-20 days.

Better to go in other shared how=sing companies like Namecheap & Bluehost because once you started getting the traffic it's difficult to transfer all files and database to other server especially when your site is LIVE.

This maybe due to the use of dynamic IP. Make use of static IP.
