Well, what are your findings then? Do you confirm to be a viable method?
Thanks a lot! The tips are really very useful and everything is extremely clear. I learned a lot of things for myself.
useful tips. thank you. I found all my sites at #1
Neat trick - Just checked my domain and its #1 in page 1.
Thanks.
Thank you for this.
I have a website in finance niche and thought it was somehow algorithmically penalised but it appears perhaps not.
Think I just need my links to be from more niche related websites maybe.
My website ranks on position no.1 for its name, but all my posts dropped to 101+ positions... Could it be anything else but a penalty?
Nice share. Another good way to filter expired domain.
If you are referring to the latest update, what is happening is you are most likely simply being outranked.
You are not being "punished" per se by any penalty or filter. Current algorithm simply thinks websites above you are more worthy results for the query.
It happened to one of my sites as well. Traffic dropped tremendously while all penalty checks are green.
Very soon to tell but research on my end so far suggests lack of topical relevancy and incorrect search result type rankings.
Was there any update in the last 7 days? I can't find my posts in Google results at all, or they're at the bottom of page 10. It doesn't look like I'm just outranked.
I can't find my posts in Google results at all
I saw fluctuations as well.
You mean they are de-indexed completely?
If it is a filter, it might be page oriented, not site wide.
it is quite helpful
from the search results
my website domains appears in 1st page and as well as some of the posts in 2 and 3rd page as well ? does this mean my site has a google penalty
Thank you
Looks like you have multiple rankings. This is definitely a good sign.
The reason domain name is not #1 is probably because of one of these reasons:
I really don't think you have a penalty.
- new website
- contains keyword
- giant authority sites with similar words
Thanks. even some of the articles in the 2nd and 3rd pages, good right ?
They are just a further confirmation that things are good.
Domain name itself is the main indicator though.
If it in the first page first results, then it is good, right ?
Domain is on the 1st page - very good (most likely nothing is going on)
