My title was not a clickbait one. I stopped that ad now and edited the title of my blog post. Lets run a new ad and see how it goes.
Targetting Canada and US.
Spent only 0.06 $ on the previous ad... Running new one now.

By MISLEADING ads, yes it's nearly possible.
I have got 0.02 INR per link click, which is 20 INR per 1k clicks.
Targeted countries, Nepal, India.
1$ = ~75 INR
THIS means I was getting around 4k link clicks in a dollar. But this was working only till sept 2019. After that, I quit misleading and started CPA.

I think it's possible, even though I've never tried that. You obviously need to do more than just throw an ad. You'd need to make people share, like and comment on your ad, so generally you pay for the initial ad that little bit of money, and make it viral. Give a free voucher for share+like, a freebie, make a draw etc.
