shadow ban

Hi, I have some problems with the shadow ban.
Every time I post a new photo with the hashtag, my post will appear in hashtag feeds, but after not long time my post will disappear in the hashtag feeds, is this shadow ban? What causes this? And how to fix it?

I'm aswell having similar question, hashtag on story. It appears just 1 story hashtag views there.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I am suffering from bots panels. potentially i got shadowbanned too?

Sounds like shadowban. Try waiting like like a week. In a meanwhile, don’t post anything, don’t like anything, just don’t log in to your account. I heard waiting helps for some people

That means idle the account? But now, my account engagement rate is 25%. I'm worried that if long idle time will harmful my account.

You can do a simple google search for: "shadowban test". There you will find websites that can test is your profile have shadowban. Find an appropriate website depending on if you are talking about twitter or Instagram. I won't post any links, but you will be able to find one in a matter of seconds

I try before, the final result show looks good, nothing problem, but I can't find my post in hashtag feeds

What type of content/photos do you post?
How many hashtags do you use per post? Don't use too many, also some hashtags will get you instantly shadowban

hot babe niche, no more than 10 hashtags and I already avoid the hashtag like sexy, I also use different hashtag every post.

just as I thought I also used to work In the adult niche, and a lot of times I get shadowban for no good reason at all. Twitter(Instagram) doesn't seem to like some of those hashtags.

Usually about 7-14 days if I remember correctly. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
My advice would be:

• Don't post too aggressive on brand new accounts. You have to warm them up first. If twitter detects that you post in a spammy manner, it will probably result in a shadowban. Start with just a few posts a day and then increase as your account getting older.
  
• Use automation software with PROXIES when managing lots of accounts.
  
• Test different hashtags on different posts. If some post gets shadowban, then avoid using those hashtags.

Twitter? I thought we are talking about IG?
But thank you for your suggestion on the ggl search for shadowban IG thing. Found it and it's actually helpful.
Apparently ig does separate business and creator and personal. for the hash. tried on my business acc, they're looking good with hashtags.
tried on my creator acc (personal), not so good to switch niche. for example, i did hash travel, that got views from hash. then i changed to motivation quote hash, that didn't do well despite i know for a fact it does work on the other acc.

I believe ig does have algo that classify based on pic posted? so anything irrelevant would be filtered out.
I don't know how to move niche hash. switching doesn't really help
