Guide/Tutorial: Get do-follow backlinks from Citation website

I discovered how to get unlimited backlinks by creating references and setting them to "public" on Citationsy. They are do-follow and you can set the h1 and other keywords for the page.


Step 1: Sign up for Citationsy (here: https://citationsy.com/signup)

Step 2. Choose the free plan

Step 3. Create a new project. The project title will be the h1 and page title for the public page

Step 4. Add your links as references with the "Website" button on the right

Step 5. Then enter the title and author etc. You can put anything in there, like keywords

Step 6. After you have added your links click "Public Sharing" bottom right

Step 7. Make project public and choose custom link with your keywords

Step 8. As you can see the link is do-follow:

Step 9. You will need to build third tier links pointing at it and get it indexed (I use onehourindexing.co/tryit) since they don’t put the links into sitemap as far as I can tell

onehourindexing.co/tryit doesn't work. it keeps saying "starter account don't have api" .

but it does provide a do follow which is awesome thanks!

You need to build other links that point to the Citationsy link. So if your Citationsy link is citationsy.com/myamazinlinks, you need to build links with other methods to point to that link. This way it will get indexed and get some link juice. This step is important to make your Citationsy link more authoritative.
