Not easy to get it unblocked dear , Facebook Support is extremely Poor to get them to reply you is a hassle . There are alternatives to place links though but nothing is as good placing your links directly

There is no way to get your site link unblocked if it was blocked for spamming.

My opinion is that you should write to FB support. Yes you will wait, they are the slowest one, but I think you can fix the problem, if of course, you haven't been spammy. I hope you get your URL back soon

You can use a landing page that leads to your website so that Facebook doesn't ban it

Create a Facebook page and try to run ads. Chat with the ads customer care and tell them you are trying to run ads but your link is blocked. They will unblock it for you. Worked for me twice.
