I don't get what you mean. Since monetize mean method to earn money.
Depending on the niche you can try to promote it to people for traffic, like video on my site got 1k rel viewer. You also try to post in jv have xxx fb acc with traffic and current engagement lookin for people that can monetize it share 50:50. Or you can just sell it.

I am posting small videos which i get from youtube, reddit etc..
It is not eligible for monetization because i need 30k 1minute views for facebook to approve it for monetization.
i am posting all kind of videos. Funny, scary, sad.

Make a site and divert traffic to that site. Monetise that site with ads like Adsense. Will be better if you site gets some organic traffic as well.

I see than. Do the video in your site got decent traffic? If yes you can sell promotion service to new YT creator with video like your niche.

You can put link in your video description. It can direct to CPA site, Adsense site, or any site that will give you money. Good luck.
