I started doing some research to get into affiliate marketing and something that is just causing me discomfort is just how scammy and just full of shit some of the pages look?

Do people really buy this crap? I'm in the health and fitness niche and I see stuff like diabetes remedies and just cures for diseases, does this shit work?

Or is it all lies that we are just supposed to sell to our clients? There is that ethic part of me that says nothing of this is right. The landing pages look like it was created for the internet back in 2007.

Please enlighten me lol

Yeah most of them are scams.

But the funny thing is when CPA networks ban accounts for scamming the networks which in their turn accept offers from scamming products of advertisers... Haha its just a mess.

Yeah most of CPA campaigns are scam imo but i'm still promoting them lmao :D
I asked my AM if that's scam and he replied "We work with trusted partners"
But this applies to 90% of the AM. There are some good products that you can promote tho but you have to search for them.
What network are you working with?

Yeah most of them are scams.

Yeah and most people here defend them that is unethical to scam them:) Idk if they are actual people or just paid posts/ alt accounts though. Just go through posts when someone gets caught and you will understand.

I'm using Clickbank.

So, in essence, all of the affiliate products are just full of shit? Do I just need a strong stomach (ethically speaking)?

99% of clickbank products are shite you can switch to other network. I work with MaxBounty only so i can't really suggest anything else
MaxBounty has like 30% decent offers that you can promote.
And yea for CPA marketing you have to accept that probably you are promoting website that scams people

Yes, people do buy them lol I think you haven't seen native ads landers. Those are more "scammy" than those of CB.

98% it's a no. Do you think when u drink redbull it makes u fly?:D:D U basically going to sell them the dream like having six abs by taking just 1 pill but hey when u think about it it's not our fault it's thoes mentally lazy people that buy thoes pills are the ones u should blame because they want it easy.

Yes!
People do buy that type of stuff. Because of these scammy products I like to work with private affiliate programs

It's the reason why I quit affiliate marketing and CPA, after investing a decent amount of money and a few months of time in it (learning curve is pretty steep if you work with trackers and similar tools).

Basically, to make a sell, you have to deceive people. That's what these products and campaigns are about. 99% of them. Exception just proves the rule.
People suffering from all types of medical conditions are desperate (since doctors can't help them), and therefore they will try all these magical cures/courses....

So, if you want to stay ethically sound, stay away from affiliate marketing of any health products.

I know it is sad but most are making money with these questionable methods only.

What amazes me the most is the designs of some SEO experts pages. Technically they are superior, but UX is horrible. Some of the sites look like they were made 15 years ago.

I've seen some of those sites bringing in more money than all my sites together. Yet, they look like crap.

I'm not jealous of it, it just amazes me. I wonder if people read those sites just because they look so "homemade" and thus, brings some type of trust to the blogger.

But yeah, regarding the health stuff. It's sad to see the obvious lies to make money on people who are truly desperate because of failing health.

In my country it was popular to sell CBD oil and claiming that it could/would cure cancer. I just imagine all those desperate people with cancer, who are working against time - doing anything in their power to survive. That stuff breaks my heart..

Start promoting products from Amazon then lol

Yes I agree. At least with Amazon people are getting something they want and maybe even need. I don't agree with the philosophy of "They deserve it if they're that stupid". That's what heroin dealers justify their sales with. I believe in karma and feeling good about what I'm doing.
