Can i buy this domain?

Guys, Today I came across a domain that has a Very Good backlink Profile that was registered 8+ years back.

I have checked the Wayback and the domain was never been spammed before.

Backlinks and Anchor Text Profile seems really good. But when I checked for spam on Spamzilla, it shows this,

Wayback shows these orange circles for 2018-2019.

Everything is good other than Spamzilla's 403 status thing.

should I go for it or what? I am looking for a long term money site domain.

the domain is non-dropped since its first registration and was used by a well know organization as a sister project.

The Domain is in auction and has never dropped.

No changes were made to nameservers in the last 5 yrs.

Where and how do you see that the domain has been used as a PBN? Orange circle in Archive means, that the site isn't archived properly, that's it.

If the domain were used as a PBN, the circle would be blue, either showing a blatant PBN or showing "forbidden page" in case the Archive was blocked.

Domain has never been dropped, which is often a good sign, because there wasn't really much of a space to abuse it.

Not to mention is even indexed.

Automated tools are there to filter large amount of projects, but I would never rely on automated tool when it comes to history check of a domain.

If you want to make sure, send the domain over via PM and I will check it. If not, then check hosterstats and if there is just 1 hosting over the entire life of the domain, I can assure you, it has not been abused.

What should be inferred from the three different types of statuses mention in the transaction column in the hosterstat based domain history result table: DELETED, TRANSFER & NEW.

That's basically irrelevant for your purposes. Check the hosting names themselves, check the gaps, check for how long they have been there.

With a bit of training, you will know exactly which hosting is parking, which means content and you will be able to tell, just by looking at that, whether the domain has been abused or not.

Now, a question arises: Suppose a domain has been found and is good in all respects like DA, DR, TF, still has some indexed pages and on the wayback machine it has a history of having gone through a series of hosting transfers denomination, has got deleted a couple of times too....thats all fine...the idea is to look forward: Now what next? What is the best suggested way to improve it value out of the three options in hand:

1) Using it as a permanent 301 redirect
2) Using it as a temp 302 redirect
3) Build a website on it all together in synonymity with its past niche/topcal content
4) Use it for domain parking

DA DR and TF definitely aren't "all respects". Series of hostings and transfers might be okay, but oftentimes it's not a good sign.

1 - Has been covered, literally a thousand times here. Why are you buying a domain if you don't know what you are going to do with it?
2. - 302? Who came up with this crap? Why would anyone 302 a domain for link juice? Literally makes no sense.
3. - Plausible, careful with possible copyright issues.
4. - What's the point of doing this, unless you have a domain with typo direct traffic?
