Why do we need VPS for adwords

What is the importance of VPS in creating adw threshold ? Since guys say u still need to use socks5 or residentail IP of country where u need to open . So why do I need VPS in this case ? Since I can run the acc though my PC using proxy extension .
Correct me if I am missing out smth . thanks

It's just so that you don't mess anything up.

The IP will stay completely static and so will your browser cookies, fingerprint, and other settings such as user-agent and computer time.

Which is why most people that do threshold accounts use something like AWS or Azure

For AWS u still need VCC with more than 1$ balance on it ...
Some guy said it doesn't matter and u can create as many ACC's from same VPS as u want , just change proxy .
Going to test it ...
