For everyone saying there is no victim here, how would you like it if $3000 randomly went out of your account? Right around the time hundreds of thousands of people are in severe financial uncertainty.

Would you sleep that night waiting for the bank to decide if you'll get that $3000 back or not?

You come to regret these things when you're older so always think how'd you feel if it were reversed :-)
