where to get high DR blogs list for backlinks blog comments?

I'm interested in doing some manual blog commenting for quality backlinks, where to get a list of high DR quality do-follow or no-follow blogs to comment on for tier -1 & 2 backlinks?

These are very rare. I actually wrote a system that scans literally most of the websites online looking for them.

There are enough to make it worth while but I'd be very surprised if you find a seller offering genuinely low OBL do follow blog comments on quality sites.

When I ask for low OBL samples from sellers here I normally get OBL from 200-4000...

Edit: just saw you said no follow too. These are fairly easy to come by the market place will have some.
